If you have a need to install a new digital sign (or convert an existing display), there is a well-defined process to go through. The actual steps taken depend on your need and existing resources.
The first step is to fill out the ITS Technology Request Form. Include in that request any other interested people in your department. We will likely set a meeting where we will listen to your needs and layout a plan forward. This initial discussion will include such topics as:
- content
- physical device
- costs
- software, training, ownership
- timeline
