Resource Courses are created in the "Resource Course" term. That term needed an end date so that instructors could see their current term courses on their Canvas dashboard (there's a limit of 20 courses on the dashboard).
Instructors may not have accepted the enrollment invitation to their Resource Course when they were created. If that's the case, you can change the end date of the course and have the instructor accept the invitation.
Find Instructor's Resource Courses
In Canvas, click on "Admin" in the global navigation column. Select "St. Norbert College" -> "People".
Search for the instructor.
In the person's Enrollments section, find courses named "Resource-..." and click on one of them.
Change Course Term Information
In the course, click on "Settings", and change Participation: from "Term" to "Course", and adjust the date out to the next day.
Click "Update Course Details".
Follow these steps for all remaining courses for the instructor.
Accept Course Enrollment Invitations
Login as the instructor, and click accept on all resource course invitations.
