Accounts are required as part of your role at the college. They cannot be disabled.
Alumni
Maintenance of your alumni account for the 6 month window following your graduation is optional. If you'd like to disable it, do one of two things:
- When your password expiration date arrives, do not change your password. Your account will be disabled automatically 60 days after it expires.
- OR -
- Contact the Alumni Relations office to have them disable your account.
Retirees
Maintenance of your retiree account is optional. If you'd like to disable it, do one of two things:
- When your password expiration date arrives, do not change your password. Your account will be disabled automatically 60 days after it expires.
- OR -
- Contact the Human Resources office to have them disable your account.
