Disabling Rotating Private Wi-Fi Address - Apple Products (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

Apple automatically enables a setting to rotate your device's Wi-Fi (MAC) address when it joins a network without password protection, like the snc network.
Our device registration works by registering a Wi-Fi address, and tying it to a user. 

Because of this, you would enter an endless loop of registration if the rotating Wi-Fi address setting is left on.

Disabling Rotating Wi-Fi Address on iPhone/iPad

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then tap "Wi-Fi".

Tap the blue "i" button or "Details..." next to snc to open that network's settings.

Select either "Off" or "Fixed", then tap the back button.

Tap "Join This Network".

Disabling Rotating MAC Address on a Mac

These steps are very similar to iOS and iPadOS.

There are slight differences noted here.

Like on iPhone, open System Settings and navigate to "Wi-Fi"

Next to the snc network, select "Details..." or the three dot menu.

Once done, click "OK" at the bottom.
