Use the Request Compensation Change process to add the Cell Phone Allowance plan to an employee. Employees must provide the manager with the Cell Phone Stipend Agreement and a copy of their latest monthly bill prior to completing this compensation change. The manager will need to upload the documents to Workday during the request.
