OptiSigns allows you to assign a single asset to display on a screen, but what if you want it to cycle through assets. That's where playlists come in. Instead of setting a screen to display an asset, you can set it to display a playlist. Before we get to that point, we need to first create a playlist. Then, you can follow the instructions below to add your content and update playlists.
Editing a Playlist
After all the desired files and assets have been created and modified, click on the Playlist tab. You can use the left side menu to navigate to the correct playlist as there is one for each day of the week.
Adding Assets to the Playlist
Select any assets on the right that you wish to add and drag them into the playlist.
Removing Assets from the Playlist
Any assets you no longer need can be removed from the playlist by clicking the trash can icon.
Editing Asset Duration
Assets will come in with a default duration of 10 seconds each. To change this, (1) select all assets and (2) edit duration to change this.

Note: If you adjust the duration of a video within your playlist, you will have the option to revert it back to its original duration.
