Microsoft Office 365 includes apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and is available for students, faculty, and staff to install on up to 5 devices (Windows, Mac, tablets, etc) at no charge.
To install Office 365
- Visit this page: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
- Login using your SNC email address and password.
- In the left navigation column, select the square dots icon called "Apps and more", then click on the "more apps" icon.
- Click on the "Install apps -> Microsoft 365 apps" or similar button. Follow the prompts.
If you see an error message about licensing, double check to be sure you used your SNC email address as mentioned in #2 above.
If you are prompted to select which type of account, select "school".
Who Is Eligible?
Our software license with Microsoft allows us to provide Office 365 to the following people with SNC email accounts:
- current students (including incoming and graduate)
- current employees (including Norbertine employees)
- current faculty (excluding adjunct faculty without justification)

Note that even though Office 365 is available from Microsoft, the college still uses Google Workspace as its enterprise solution for email, calendar, document storage, etc.
