Swap Rows
Swapping rows in Adaptive Insights refers to swapping the rows that are listed on the left with another metric. What metric and how you apply it depends on if you are using a standard sheet or a cube sheet. Modeled sheets cannot have their rows swapped.
Swapping rows on a Standard Sheet
-
Right-click anywhere in the first column and select ‘View by Level’

-
Now the Levels will be in the first column and you can filter by accounts in the top right drop down menu

Swapping rows on a Cube Sheet
There are several ways to swap/modify rows in a cube sheet.
-
Select the swap rows button in the top (blue) taskbar
-
Drag-and-drop different dimensions from the top section of filters
- You can of course still filter by these dimensions from their positions at the top of the sheet

Filtering
Modeled Sheets

Select the large filter button in the top blue toolbar
-
Enter words, numbers etc. to filter by

-
Only records that have a match will remain
-
If you have any active filters from the ‘Display Options’ filter the keyword filter will only return matches that are also within those parameters

Cube Sheets
In Cube Sheets, custom dimensions and attributes are dimensions and they are displayed as drop down filters above the sheet, the columns across the top of the sheet, and down the left side of the sheet as rows. Multiple dimensions and attributes can nest within the rows.

-
Choose a field to further drill into/filter by
