How to navigate in Workday Planning through the foundational elements used to manage the application. Modeling and Model Management are only accessible to those assigned to the System Administrator security level.
Accessing the Model Management page
Upon logging into the Adaptive Insights page (see Getting Started - Login and Homepage job aid):
- Select the navigation icon on the top-left corner
- Select the menu expansion arrow next to Modeling
- Select Model Management
From here, you will see the foundational elements:
Versions
Manage, edit, create, or delete Versions available to system users
Levels and Dimensions
Manage, edit, create or delete Levels, Level Attributes, Dimensions, or Dimension Attributes available to system users
Accounts
Manage, edit, create, or delete Accounts and Account Groups available to system users. This is also where System Administrator users will manage and view data validation.
Sheets
Set up and manage sheets granting access by the user or by user level.
