Cube Sheet Pivots

Cube sheets can contain multidimensional data input across a specified set of dimensions. Use this process to identify and change the dimensions of Cube sheets for optimized viewing and analysis with Standard security access.

How to Identify a Cube Sheet

  1. Look for more display options in the toolbar.
  2. No level drop-down: levels are a dimension to use as filters, columns, or rows.
  3. Alternative dimensions: filter data, drag and drop into the columns and rows, and nest up to five dimensions in the rows.

Changing Dimensions

Drag and drop filters into columns and rows:

  • You can swap any dimension or attribute filter in cube sheets to the columns or rows.
  • Drag a dimension or attribute from the top of the sheet. Wait until the cell turns blue, then drop into:
    1. The first column of any row to replace the current row dimension (or if there are nested dimensions in the rows, drop it on the one you want to replace).
    2. The header row of any column to replace the column dimension.
