What is a page?

"Pages" refer to digital content pages created by instructors or course designers to present information, resources, and activities to students. These pages serve as a way to organize and deliver course content in an accessible and structured manner.

Canvas allows instructors to create and customize pages using a rich content editor, which supports text, images, videos, links and other multimedia elements. Instructors can design pages to provide instructions, share course materials, embed multimedia content, and engage students with interactive elements.

"Pages" in Canvas are typically used to deliver static content and information, while other features such as discussions, assignments, quizzes, and announcements are used for more interactive and dynamic aspects of the course. The use of pages helps create a cohesive and organized learning experience for students within the Canvas platform.
