Logging into Workday

This job aid will focus on logging into Workday after Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) has been set up. MFA will require a user to validate their identity using a security code each time they log into Workday. If you do not have a secondary device to validate your identity, contact servicedesk@snc.edu for assistance. 

  1. Make sure you have already activated your Oka Account and set up MFA
    1. ​​​​​​​No - Click the button below and follow the directions to activate your Okta, SSO account. 
    2. Yes - move on to step 2
  2. To access Workday, visit https://www.myworkday.com/stnorbert/login.htmld. Workday can also be accessed via the SNC CWIS page at https://www.snc.edu/its/cwis/login.
  3. SNC Employees and Student Workers should select Single Sign On (SSO). Note: Username and Password will be used for outside applicants only.Uploaded image
  4. Follow the prompts on screen to log in.
