Job Aid
The End Additional Job business process applies to employees with more than one job. When an employee has more than one job, the job that is shown when you look at their profile is the primary job. When an employee has more than one job, their profile will show the icon, indicating other jobs. For non-students, the primary job will be the job that is benefits-eligible (if applicable). For students, the primary job is typically the job they were hired into first. Additional jobs are denoted by (+) at the end of the job name .
Use the End Job task when the employee is ending an additional job. If the job is Primary, you will have to use the Switch Primary Job task and then the End Job task.
