If you're seeing a message like this for your mySNC website/page, it's likely your group/department's website is in an unpublished state.
How to Publish your group's website
Login to mySNC
Navigate to your group, then click on the "hamburger" menu in the top left corner to expand the navigation column.
With the menu open, click on the "Website" area, then "Edit Web Pages"
Click the "Website Settings" button.
Next to "Publish website", make sure "Yes" is selected.
If you needed to change it to "Yes", click Save near the bottom of the window.
